How do I PURCHASE INMAGINE e-pass(es)?

1. Browse through the list of the selected INMAGINE Collection from the list below or visit Guocera e-pass product list
2. Click Dresid link here and browse the available INMAGINE e-passes. Select the e-Pass(es) from any of our participated retailers – Concept Ambassador Hub that nearest to your area or  GUOCERA Concept Gallery  at PJ
3. Click on the selected e-Pass(es) add your desired quantity and proceed to checkout.
4. The INMAGINE e-pass(es) and unique code will be sent to your email address within 1 business day of completing the payment. (Please check your “Spam” folder or “Junk email” folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out)

Note : If you have already purchased e-Pass but has not been able to successfully receive the confirmation email, feel free send us an email at support@dresid.com.

How do I REDEEM INMAGINE e-Pass(es)

1. Head over to the selected retailers to redeem the e-Pass (es).
2. Show the email of your INMAGINE e-Pass(es) together with the unique code.
3. Complete purchase of the selected INMAGINE Collection and enjoy the discounts.

Terms & Condition:

1. The INMAGINE e-Pass (a.k.a. ‘e-Passes’ or ‘e-Pass’) are available for purchase from 8 July 2021 to 8 October 2021
2. Purchases are tracked by e-Pass code.
3. Applicable to INMAGINE promotional items only. Please refer to GUOCERA and Dresid website for the promotional items listed.
4. e-Pass can ONLY be redeemed at the SELECTED STORE OUTLET as stated in the e-Pass.
5. The promotional items are first grade material.
6. The stocks are subject to availability and based on first-come-first serve basis.
7. If the total purchases exceeded passes face value, cash top up may apply based on listed RRP prices.
8. Transportation charges may apply. Please check with your selected outlet.
9. The e-Pass is activated on the day of purchase. The e-Pass is to be redeemed by 30th October 2021 (possible extension subject to SOP announcement by Government).
10. The delivery of tile is within 45 days from the e-Pass redemption date (*Delivery time frame and related matter is subject to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set by Government).
11. The e-Pass is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotions.
12. There is no limit on number of passes each customer can purchase.
13. There is no limit on e-Passes to be redeemed each time.
14. e-Passes are non-refundable but can be transferred to friends & family.
15. There will be no delivery charges on Dresid for the purchases of these e-pass
